Maral Mirzai is the Founder and Creative Director of Atelier Maral Mirzai. A Registered Interior Designer and NCIDQ-certified professional, she received her formal training at the School of Interior Design at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Her work is informed by cross-cultural fluency and a deep respect for material intelligence. Drawing from lived experience across Eastern and Western contexts, her design approach integrates structural clarity with layered spatial narrative. The result is interiors that are measured, intentional, and quietly powerful.

Her professional background includes experience within established Canadian design studios, contributing to high-level residential and hospitality projects where precision, coordination, and architectural discipline were foundational. Her work spans private residences and hospitality environments requiring advanced collaboration with architects, consultants, and builders.
