Design evolves through a dialogue with the site and the client. From this process, spaces emerge that feel naturally aligned, refined in tone and enduring in character.

Maral Mirzai is the Founder and Creative Director of Atelier Maral Mirzai. A Registered Interior Designer and NCIDQ-certified professional, she received her formal training at the School of Interior Design at Toronto Metropolitan University and brings over fifteen years of experience in residential and hospitality design across national and international projects.
Her work reflects a cross-cultural perspective shaped by lived experience across Eastern, European, and Western contexts. The studio’s approach balances structural clarity with layered spatial narrative, creating interiors that are measured, intentional, and quietly powerful.
Atelier Maral Mirzai undertakes a limited number of commissions at a time, allowing each project to be developed with careful attention to proportion, material integrity, and enduring spatial value.
